摘要
市场营销专业以培养应用型人才为目标,实践教学是培养应用型人才的关键,本文试图探索市场营销专业校内岗位实践教学这一模式,培养应用型人才,凸显我校营销专业特色,提高我校市场营销人才的市场竞争力和岗位适应力。
The aim of marketing specialty is to cultivate applied talents.Practical teaching is the key to the cultivation of applied talents.This paper tries to explore the on-campus post practical teaching mode of this specialty to cultivate applied talents,to highlight the characteristics of this specialty and improve the market competitiveness and post adaption of market talent of IMUFE.
