摘要
城镇居民购买农村房屋买卖合同的效力存在法律和政策方面的脱节,由此引出的判决缺乏统一性,从政策和法律上厘清这一社会问题,从法律角度的合法性审查和政策角度的适当性判断提出问题的解决途径。
There are loopholes in the law and policies in the effect of sales contract of town resident’s purchasing rural housing.This results in the lack of unity in the judgment.To resolve the problem,we should clarify this sovial problem from the perspective of review of legality and the judgment of reasonableness of policies.
