摘要
本文针对石油化工装置设备材料的重要性及目前国内石化建设项目对设备材料质量控制通常的做法,分析了存在的问题,提出了对设备材料进行检验监理的做法,并从中国石化目前设备材料现场检验监理采取的措施、取得的效果,指出了检验监理今后的发展方向。
this paper, with reference to the importance of the equipment materials in petrochemical devices and general practice of equipment materials quality control in current domestic petrochemical construction project, analyzed the existing problems, proposed the inspection and supervision practices for equipment and materials, and pointed out the development directions of inspection supervision based on the measures taken and achievements from on site inspection and supervision of equipment materials currently used by Sinopec.
