摘要
使用UV分光光度计测定C.I.活性黑5合成过程中酸性偶合物和C.I.活性黑5最大吸收波长处的吸光度,用二者的比值来控制反应终点。其方法简便、准确,能够数字化控制,减少由视觉引起的误差。
Absorbance at maximum absorption wavelength of C.I.Reactive Black 5 and the absorbance of its acid coupling product were determined by a UV spectrophotometer,and reaction endpoint was controlled with the ratio of the two absorbances.This method was simple,accurate,and available for digitization;the visual error was raduced.
