急诊经皮冠状动脉介入救治急性心肌梗死后电风暴疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 电风暴(electrical storm,ES)是指24 h内自发的室性心动过速(VT)/心室颤动(VF≥2次,并需要紧急治疗的临床症候群.急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)后室性心律失常(VA)性电风暴指VF或血流动力学不稳定VT反复发作≥20次/24 h或≥4次/h[1].Es是最危重的恶性心律失常,心肌缺血为首要因素.回顾分析8例急性心肌梗死患者合并电风暴后的救治过程,探讨急诊冠脉介入(PCI)治疗对AMI后ES的临床效果和安全性.
