摘要
结合化工企业环境应急预案编制的实际,提出了在石油化工企业环境应急预案编制中应注意的问题,强调了环境应急预案编制的特点,通过编制环境应急预案,可以实现事前预防、事中应对、事后补救,将事故的危险降到最低的目的。
Combined with the actual situation of compiling environmental emergency plan for chemical enterprises,some problems which should be paid attention during compiling the environmental emergency plan were put forward;characteristics of compiling the environmental emergency plan were discussed.Through compiling the environmental emergency plan,accident prevention,emergency handling and remediation after the accident can be realized,which may reduce the accident risk to the minimum.
