摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面预涂一层Co离子TiO2薄膜。研究了Co离子掺杂对样品相结构、晶粒尺寸和光催化降解亚甲基蓝活性的影响。实验结果表明,钴的掺杂对二氧化钛的相变有很大的抑制作用,并使其光谱响应范围向可见光区拓展。与未掺杂的二氧化钛相比较,经钴掺杂的二氧化钛具有更高的催化性能。
TiO2 films precoated with cobalt salt-doping were prepared on the glass by sol-gel method.Effect of cobalt salt-doping on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in solution,phase structure and crystallite size of the TiO2 films was investigated.The results show that 2% cobalt salt-doping can significantly enhance the photocatalytic activity of TiO2;the presence of cobalt salt-doping in TiO2 can inhibit the phase transformation from anatase to rutile and reduce the TiO2 grain size,which can enhance the photoactivity.
