摘要
采用NaClO氧化工艺处理灭多威农药废水,考察了反应pH值、NaClO溶液投加量、反应温度和反应时间对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。结果表明:当水样初始pH值为6~9,存V(NaClO):V(废水)为15:100,反应温度为20~30℃,反应时间为2 h,COD去除率达到70%,废水恶臭气味有明显的减轻。
This paper reveals that the oxidation process of sodium hypochlorite solution was used in methomyl pesticide wastewater treatment,The effects of pH value,sodium hypochlorite solution dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand were studied respectively.The result of oxidation showed that when initial pH value was 6-9, V(sodium hypochlorite solution):V(wastewater) was 15:100,reaction temperature was 20℃-30℃,reaction time was 2h,chemical oxygen demand removal efficiency could reach 70%and wastewater stench was significantly lightened.
