摘要
介绍了基于DTS开发的地区电网调度智能操作票系统。该系统可与SCADA系统通信、与OMS集成,集操作票生成、操作校验、接线校验、安全校验、操作模拟演示及防误调度、防误操作等功能于一体,为电网安全可靠运行和提高调度工作效率提供技术支持。
This paper introduces smart operationticketsystem for territorial power network which is developed based on DTS.It can integrates with SCADA and OMS,and possess functions such as automatically producing operation ticket,checking operation,checking wiring,checking security,simulating operation display,preventing wrong operation.The system could provide technical support for safely running of the power network and increasing working efficient.
