摘要
利用循环伏安法,以铂电极支撑的磷脂双层膜(s-BLM)作为生物膜的模型,研究了连接有芘(pyrene)和四氯荧光素(TET)的Oligo d(T20)对磷脂双层膜电化学行为的影响,结果显示s-BLM与Oligo d(T20)之间可以发生比较强烈的相互作用,导致了膜电压和膜结构发生了差异性改变,这种现象的出现可能是由于连接有芘和四氯荧光素的Oligo d(T20)与磷脂双层膜发生作用时引起s-BLM表面分子的排列变化,改变了膜的通透性,这为构建整合有ss-DNA磷脂双层膜生物传感器装置提供可能。
By Cyclic Voltammetry,the responses of s-BLM to ss-DNA linked with tetrachloro-fluorescein(TET) and pyrene were investigated.The response of s-BLM to ss-DNA turned up strongly each other,result show that the voltage and configuration of BLM is changed differently.It is indicated that the permeability of BLM is changed,the biosensor system based on s-BLM integrated with ss-DNA is likely to establish.
