摘要
研究硝基位于查耳酮基中苯环上原有取代基的对、间、邻位和无硝基的4种二茂铁衍生物的电化学行为和抗氧化活性.结果表明:样品的阴极和阳极峰电流与扫速平方根的直线与零电流线所成的角度之差分别为3°、2.5°、1.2°和0.7°,即氧化还原可逆性顺序为:对位>间位>邻位>芳环无硝基.它们在相同时间内对DPPH.的清除能力顺序为:对位>间位≈邻位>芳环无硝基.查耳酮基二茂铁衍生物的氧化还原可逆程度与其抗氧化活性具有对映关系,因此,可用此类化合物的电化学可逆性程度来快速检测表征其抗氧化活性.
The electrochemical performance and antioxidation activities of the four chalcone ferrocene derivants with or without nitryl in phenyl were studied in the paper.The experimental results showed that angle differences of the anodic and cathodic peak current density line and the square root of scan rates line were 3°,2.5°,1.2° and 0.7°,corresponding without or with ortho-,meta-,para-nitryl in phenyl respectively,i.e.,their oxidative/reductive reversibility sequence was para-> meta-> ortho-> no nitryl in phenyl.The ability of the scavenging activity of DPPH· was para-> meta-≈ortho-> no nitryl in phenyl in the same test time.There is affinity between oxidative/reductive reversibility and antioxidation activity for the chalcone ferrocene derivant.So we think that,the antioxidation activity measurement can be substituted by the oxidative/reductive reversibility for ferrocene derivants.
