摘要
在工厂条件下,对WELDOX960高强钢采用OERLIKON公司生产的CarbofilFK-1000实芯焊丝进行MAG焊工艺试验,通过调节焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、气体流量等控制焊缝成形及焊接质量的关键参数,获得了合理的焊接工艺规范。焊后得知,焊缝外观较好,焊道均匀美观。经无损射线探伤检测,底片显示焊缝内部质量符合QJ176A—99Ⅰ级焊缝要求。
Under the circumstance of the factory,the Carbofil FK-1000 solid welding wire manufactured by OERLIKON company is used for the MAG welding test of WELDOX960 high-tensile steel,meanwhile the key parameters concerning the formation of welding seams will be controlled by the adjustment of welding current,arc voltage,welding speed,gas flow rate,etc for the final availability of reasonable welding procedures.After finishing the welding,it can be seen that the surface ripples of the welding seams are homogeneous and the welding bead has the same width and height.Furthermore,the result of X-ray detection proves that the quality of welding seams is completely in accordance with the standard QJ176A-99Ⅰstipulated in 'The Technical Specification of Fusion Welding by Ground-based Devices'.
