摘要
在灌浆成熟阶段(花后20d至成熟),通过环割甘蓝型杂交油菜主茎对其角果发育、干物质积累和源库特性进行研究。结果表明:角果发育所需营养物质主要由自身光合作用提供,其他器官对角果发育影响较小;角果鲜重在花后30d达到最大,干重一直在增加,含水量持续下降;角果中干物质在花后25d开始主要向籽粒中运输,籽粒中的干物质积累主要由角果皮的光合作用提供,其他器官和角果皮贮存物质运输是对角果皮光合作用的补充;有产量优势的品种,角果皮的净光合产量高,角果皮干重的下降量与千粒重相关性高(r=0.93),表明千粒重大的品种能有效地利用角果皮中的贮存物质。
The development of pods,dry material accumulation and sourcesink characteristics of pods were studied by circumferentially cutting main stems of hybrid Brassica napus L during grain filling and mature stage(the 20th day after pollination to maturity).The results showed that nutritional materials for pod development were mainly provided by photosynthesis of pod itself,while the other organs had little contribution on it;fresh weight of pod reached its maximum value on the 30th day after pollination,and dry weight of pod kept increasing while water content of pod was continuously decreasing;the dry material of pod began to mainly transport to seeds on the 25th day after pollination,and the dry material accumulation of pod was mainly provided by photosynthesis,transportation quantity of other organs and storage materials of their pericarps were supplement to photosynthesis of pod;To the variety of higher yield,the net photosynthetic production of pod was higher,the correlation(r=0.93)between dry weight decreasing of their pericarps and 1000-seed weight was high,which indicates that the variety with higher 1000-seed weight can effectively use storage material of their pericarps.
