摘要 内皮微粒(endothelial microparticles,EMP)是直径小于1.0μm微小囊泡状物质,来源于激活和(或)凋亡状态下的内皮细胞。检测EMP水平是新近提出的一种评估内皮功能损伤的方法。研究显示EMP不仅是内皮受损或激活的标志,本身还在血管性疾病的发病过程中发挥作用。检测EMP的方法主要是用流式细胞仪检测EMP表面携带的母体内皮细胞的特异性膜表面标记物(膜蛋白)。不同研究检测的膜蛋白不同,用来定义检测EMP的膜蛋白也没有形成统一规范,文中主要对目前常用于EMP检测的膜蛋白以及它们的检测意义进行综述。 Endothelial microparticles(EMP) are small vesicles less than 1.0 μm in diameter,released from endothelial cells during their activation and/or apoptosis.The elevated EMP level is a new parameter for the evaluation of the dysfunction of endothelial cells.Some researches show that EMP is a marker of the activation or injury of endothelial cells and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vascular diseases.A major method for measuring EMP is to use flow cytometry to determine the specific membrane proteins carried by EMP and expressed by their parent endothelial cells.The specific membrane proteins applied in various EMP researches are different,and a standard definition of EMP needs to be unified.This article presents an overview on the major membrane proteins applied to the measurement of EMP.
