病毒中具有抗肿瘤作用的编码蛋白 被引量:2

摘要 溶瘤病毒可以选择性地诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,除病毒的大量复制、突破细胞膜而直接破坏肿瘤细胞以外,病毒产生的某些特殊蛋白也具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,如腺病毒编码的E4orf4、自主性细小病毒NS1、鸡贫血病毒编码的凋亡素(apoptin)等。不同的病毒编码蛋白所具有的抗肿瘤作用机制不尽相同。进一步了解具有抗肿瘤活性的病毒蛋白的作用机制及特点有助于开发新的抗肿瘤药物。文中就病毒编码蛋白的抗肿瘤作用机制、特点及相关进展作一综述。 Oncolytic viruses can selectively induce tumor cells to death by directly destroying cells as a result of viral replication and cell membrane breach.Besides,several special proteins derived from the viruses have the ability to kill tumor cells,such as adenovirus early region 4 open reading frame 4 protein(E4orf4),chicken anemia virus derived apoptosis-inducing protein(apoptin) and parvovirus-H1 derived non-structural protein 1(NS1).Diffident virus-derived proteins have different anti-tumor mechanisms.This article reviews the mechanisms,characteristics and research advances of these anti-tumor proteins.
