摘要
信息共享空间(简称IC)是一种集信息存取、学习交流、协作研究、读者教育于一体的创新服务模式,是当前国内外图书馆事业发展的主流趋势。本文通过对开放存取环境下IC的特征与优点的介绍,着重从地方文献IC模式构建的意义、要素、策略及模型等方面进行探讨。
Information commons(abbreviated IC) is an innovative service model which includes a set of serves: information access,learning exchanges,collaborative research,and user education.It is the mainstream trend of domestic and international library development currently.This paper introduces the open access environment,the characteristics and advantages of IC,explores the meaning of building the local literature IC model,and the key elements,strategies,and models as well.
