摘要
高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中一个不可或缺的类型,肩负培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命。然而目前招聘企业却招不到合适的会计人才,高职院校会计专科毕业生的实际就业率不容乐观,这使会计教学界面临着尴尬的局面。通过对高职会计"1+1+1专业导师制"人才培养模式探讨,创新专业理论教学,突出专业实践教学,强化学生的实践动手能力和解决会计实际问题运用能力的培养。
As an integral type in the development of higher education,the higher occupation education shoulders the mission to cultivate first-line high-skilled personnel for production,construction,management and service.However the present company can’t recruit appropriate accounting talents,college graduates of higher vocational colleges accounting practical employment rate is not optimistic,which makes accounting teaching face the awkward situation.This article through discussing the talent training mode of '1+1+1 professional tutorial system' of vocational accounting,innovate the specialized theoretical teaching,outstanding professional practice teaching,strengthening the students’ practical ability and solve the actual problems of accounting training.
