摘要
加入WTO条件下 ,我国公务员需要进行能力塑造 ,主要是 :重建政府理念的能力塑造 ,适应政府职能转变的能力塑造 ,改进政府行政管理方式的能力塑造 ,推进政府过程科学化、民主化的能力塑造。
This essay considers that the capability of our national public officials needs being trained.The main things are to rebuild the capability of the government view,to train the capability of the changes to suit the government function and of improving the government administrative management,to promote the scientism of the government process,to train the capability of democratization.
