复合因素条件下吸氧排氮效果的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨人体在低压、运动和呼吸富氧气体3种因素复合作用时的排氮规律,为促进吸氧排氮效果提供试验依据. 方法 采用3因素2水平的正交试验设计,用4人重复4次.试验因素分别为吸氧浓度(60%和纯氧)、模拟高度(地面和3000 m)、运动负荷(静坐和40 W).采用开放式排氮测量方法,用质谱仪测量采气袋中呼出气体浓度,同步实时测量肺通气量和心率,功率脚踏车提供40 W运动负荷. 结果 在本试验的条件下,对吸氧排氮影响的作用从大到小依次为吸氧浓度、运动负荷、低压环境.方差分析表明吸氧浓度和运动负荷对排氮影响的作用有统计学意义(F=19.04、17.05,P<0.01),吸氧浓度和低气压,以及吸氧浓度和运动对排氮有交互促进作用(F=5.78、4.76,P<0.05).结论 运动和低压环境均对吸氧排氮有促进作用,此作用在吸氧浓度愈低时越明显.
