植烟土壤对云南滇中烤烟碳氮代谢及其代谢产物动态变化的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Soil Types on Carbon-Nitrogen Metabolism and Metabolites Changes of Flue-Cured Tobacco in Mid-Yunnan

摘要 选取云南省滇中两种具有代表性的植烟土壤,研究了烤烟生长发育过程中碳氮代谢及其代谢产物的动态变化,为云南清香型烟叶提供理论依据.试验结果表明,水稻土和紫色土烟叶的碳氮代谢变化具有较大的一致性,表现为在烟叶生长发育前期氮代谢强度处于较高水平,在移栽65d后硝酸还原酶活性显著降低,且水稻土烟叶的氮代谢水平较高;碳代谢的关键酶转化酶活性在移栽后85d达到最大值后呈下降趋势,紫色土烟叶的碳代谢强度高于水稻土;苯丙氨酸解氨酶是连接初级代谢和苯丙烷类代谢的关键酶,两种土壤烟叶的代谢均表现为先上升后降低的趋势,但高峰出现的时期不太一致,水稻土在移栽后85d,而紫色土较晚,在移栽后95d.烟叶总氮和总糖质量分数基本呈下降趋势,淀粉质量分数则呈逐渐增加趋势,紫色土烟叶淀粉质量分数高于水稻土;在烟叶生长发育过程中,水稻土烟叶中的丙二醛质量分数在移栽85d前低于紫色土,移栽85d之后,丙二醛质量分数高于紫色土. Two typical tobacco growing soils in Yunnan Province have been selected to investigate the dynamic changes of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and metabolites during the growing development of flue-cured tobacco.The results show that the carbon-nitrogen metabolism of tobacco grown in paddy soil and purple soil has presented a similar trend of dynamic change.During the early tobacco-growing stages,nitrogen metabolism is at a high level,the activity of NR has decreased in leaves after transplant for 65 d,and the metabolism intensity of purple soil is lower than the paddy soil.The INV activity has also decreased significantly in leaves after transplant for 85 d.Compared with the paddy soil,the Intensity of carbon metabolism of the purple soil is relatively higher.Phenylalanine ammo-nialyase is connected to primary metabolism and phenylpropanoid metabolism.Two soil types have presented the ascendant trend in early growing stage and have decreased at the middle tobacco-growing stages,but the peak time is not the same.For the paddy soil,its peak time of PAL metabolism has appeared at transplant for 85 d,and the purple soil appeared at 95 d.The content of nitrogen and sugar of the tobacco leaves declined,while the content of Starch has an increasing trend,and the purple soil is higher than the paddy soil.The content of MDA for paddy soil is less than the purple soil before 85d of transplanting,while after 85d of transplanting the situation is the opposite.
