600MW机组调试期间振动故障分析及处理 被引量:5

摘要 某台600MW机组在调试期间发生高中压转子轴振不稳定、低压转子振动超标、发电机转子轴振超标和不稳定等故障。频谱分析结果表明,振动主要由转子不平衡、转子加工偏差、动静碰摩等所致。经实施高速动平衡、补偿、修刮轴承油挡等措施后,在满负荷工况下,除发电机转子7号轴承X方向,8号轴承X、Y方向外,其余轴承轴振均<50μm,瓦振<15μm,振动故障得以消除。 During the debugging period of one 600 MW unit,vibration faulties,such as unstable shaft vibration of high-pressure and medium-pressure rotors,vibration surpassing set standard of low-pressure rotor,shaft vibration surpassing set standard and unstable vibration of generator's rotor etc.,have been discovered.Results of frequency specturm analysis shows that the main causes leading to vibration are unblance of the rotor,deviation in rotor fabrication,and impact-rubbing between movable and stationary parts etc..After implementation of some measures,such as high-speed dynamic balancing compensation,rescraping the oil retainer of bearings etc.,excepting bearing no.7 of the generator rotor in x-direction,and bearing no.8 in x-and y-directions,the shaft vibration of other bearings all are < 50 μm,the bearing shoe vibration < 15 μm,the vibration faulties all being eliminated.
