摘要
针对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂12MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组的循环冷却水系统进行了系统的分析研究,提出了改进型综合成本燃料耗率法,并将其与基于最佳真空的循环水系统优化方法和考虑冷却水价格后的最大收益法进行对比分析,确定了机组在不同负荷和不同循环水进口温度下最经济的循环水泵运行组合方式,绘制出机组循环水泵的最优运行工况图。分析结果表明,改进型综合成本燃料耗率法得到的结果优于其它2种方法,它可以在最大限度内使用"1机1小泵"和"2机1小泵+1大泵"2种运行方式,从而正确指导垃圾焚烧发电厂的经济运行。
Systematic investigation on circulating water system of the 12 MW condensing steam turbine generator group for a waste incineration power plant was conducted.A decision criterion,the improved comprehensive cost fuel consumption rate method,was proposed for the system optimization,and compared with the optimum vacuum based circulating water system optimization method and the maximum profit method considering cooling water price.The most economical operation mode of circulating water pumps under different unit loads and variable inlet circulating water temperatures was determined.Furthermore,the optimal operation charts of the circulating water pumps were worked out.It shows that,results obtained by the improved comprehensive cost fuel consumption rate method are superior to the other two methods,so this method can be adopted to realize the plant's economical operation.
