摘要
以MDF砂光粉为试验粉尘,考察过滤风速,粉尘浓度和脉冲周期对脉冲袋式除尘装置滤料粉尘层阻力的影响。结果表明,过滤风速和粉尘浓度对滤料粉尘层压力损失都具有显著影响。其中,过滤风速对压力损失的影响最为显著。在试验参数范围内,粉尘层压损随脉冲周期的延长而产生的增幅并不显著,在生产实践中,这意味着可以在一定范围内适当调长清灰周期,而又不会导致压力损失的明显增加,从而减少能量消耗和滤料损耗。
In this study,medium density fiberboard(MDF) sanding dust was chosen to investigate the influence of air-tocloth ratio,dust concentration and bag cleaning frequency on fabric pressure drop of bag filter.The results showed that airto-cloth ratio and dust concentration both had significant influence on fabric pressure drop,among which,the influence of air-to-cloth ratio was more remarkable.The fabric pressure drop rose with prolonged cleaning frequency.However,as far as the experiment revealed,its influence was not significant,which indicates the possibility of lowering the energy consumption and fabric wear by increasing the cleaning frequency with the acceptable cost of pressure drop in industrial application.
