摘要
为了更好的开发利用柞蚕雄蛾资源,探讨了超声波对超临界CO2萃取(SCE)柞蚕雄蛾油的影响,考察了在不同温度、压力、时间、柞蚕雄蛾粉细度,有、无超声时超临界CO2萃取柞蚕雄蛾油的得率。结果表明,超声强化超临界CO2萃取(USCE)相比超临界CO2萃取(SCE)能提高柞蚕雄蛾油的生产效率和萃取得率,节约生产成本和降低生产能耗。USCE萃取柞蚕雄蛾油的最佳工艺条件为,温度45℃,时间90 min,压力20 MPa,粉碎度为100目,萃取得率可达到45.88%。
For better use of tussah resource,explore the effect of ultrasound on the extraction of tussah oil from tussah in Supercritical CO2 Extraction(SCE).The extraction rates of malesilk moth oil under with and without ultrasound were compared at different temperature,pressure,time,and tussah powder's shatter.Results show that the Ultrasound-assisted Supercritical CO2 Extraction(USCE) is better than that of without ultrasound for extraction malesilk moth oil and reduce cost and energy consumption.The best condition of Ultrasound-assisted Supercritical CO2 Extraction malesilk moth oil is that the temperature 45 ℃,the time 90 min,the pressure is 20 MPa and the powder's shatter 100.The rate of extraction malesilk moth oil is 45.88 %.
