摘要
党的建设科学化,包含"科学"、"科学化"和"党的建设科学化"三个层次的分析性内容,核心是认识和把握党的建设的规律,实质是党的建设的规律化、系统化、模式化和开放化。从时代背景上看,党的建设科学化是中国共产党面对世情、国情、党情的变化而提出的优化自身建设的新命题,具有强烈的问题意识。从革命走向执政、从计划走向市场,从封闭走向开放,对党的建设提出了一系列严峻的挑战和全新的课题,必须从深刻把握现代政党运动的一般发展规律和马克思主义执政党建设的特殊规律的高度上不断推进科学建党,这是一个从必然王国走向自由王国的过程。
The scientificalization of the construction of the Chinese Communist Party(CPC) contains three levels of content for analysis: 'science','scientificalization',and 'scientificalization of the construction of the CPC',the core connotation of which is to master the law of the construction of the CPC,and the essence of which is to make the construction of the CPC more regular,systematic,typical and open.It is a new proposition for the CPC to optimize the construction of the CPC in the context of changing circumstances of the CPC,the state,and the world.The CPC faces serious challenges and brand-new issues in the process of transition from revolution to governing,from planned economy to marketization,and from closeness to openness.Therefore,the construction of the CPC must advance in light of the universal law of modern political parties and the particular law of Marxism party construction,which means to move from the realm of necessity towards the realm of freedom.
