增压器涡轮叶片振动分析及其可靠性评价方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对增压器涡轮叶片振动失效模式,研究了涡轮叶片振动分析与可靠性评价方法。结合某增压器涡轮,利用共振线图建立了涡轮叶片振动失效判据。考虑涡轮叶片振动固有频率分散性与涡轮工作转速随机性的影响,建立了能够体现叶片振动固有频率、工作转速、叶片数、寿命指标、最小谐振阶数等参数的涡轮叶片振动可靠度与失效率计算模型,研究了涡轮叶片振动可靠度与失效率的变化规律,给出了涡轮叶片振动可靠寿命确定方法。运用所建立的方法及模型,能够科学地计算出增压器涡轮叶片振动的可靠度与失效率变化规律以及可靠寿命。 For the vibration failure mode of turbocharger turbine blade,the method for blade vibration characteristic analysis and reliability evaluation was studied.Taking a turbocharger turbine as an example,the failure criteria for turbine blade vibration was developed with Campbell diagram.Taking the dispersity of blade natural vibration frequency and randomness of turbine working speed into account,the calculation models of reliability and failure rate for turbine blade were developed,which referred to the parameters of blade natural vibration frequency,turbine working speed,blade number,life index and minimum resonance exponent number.Then,the rule of vibration reliability and failure rate for turbine blade was studied,and the method for determining the reliable life of turbine was given.With the built methods and models,the vibration reliability and failure rate of turbine blade could be calculated and the reliable life could be also acquired.
