碳基活塞的设计与试验研究

摘要 根据碳素材料的理化特性,设计加工出头部为碳基材料、裙部为铝合金材料的组合式新型活塞。并与传统型活塞(原机铝合金活塞)进行了发动机台架对比试验和100h的耐久试验。结果表明:此种新型的活塞热膨胀更小,气缸的气密性更好,减少了漏气量,降低了燃料消耗率,并且提高了有效功率的输出。另外,由于碳基活塞具有较好的减摩作用,并且质量轻于原机活塞,提高了发动机的机械效率,减少了机油消耗。 According to the physical and chemical properties of carbon material,a new combined piston with carbon head and aluminum alloy skirt was designed.The traditional aluminum alloy piston and the designed piston were compared through engine bench test and 100h endurance test.The results show that the thermal expansion of new piston is smaller and the cylinder air tightness is better.The application of the new piston reduces the air leakage,decreases the specific fuel consumption and improves the output of effective power.In addition,the new piston improves the mechanical efficiency and decreases the oil consumption of the engine due to its well anti-wear effect and lower weight.
