摘要
电火工品是弹药中非常重要的发火元件之一,它的安全性是判定储存弹药质量状况是否合格的重要判据之一.目前,部队用来检测该特性所使用的设备相对陈旧,测试方法、过程和结果已经不符合发展的需要.本文采用嵌入式微处理器技术,数字线性电源技术与数字电子测量技术相结合,论证、设计和研制成功了电火工品电安全性测试系统.完成了操作方法从全部手动到通过计算机操作,操作过程从复杂到简单,参数设置精度从低到高,数据处理管理从无到有,结果判别从人工到数字化的转变.可实现高精度、数字化、自动化的电火工品电安全性测试,满足弹药质量管理信息化的要求.
Electric-explosive initiator is one of the important firing units in ammunition whose security is one of the important elements to judge the quality of ammo's storage.At present,the equipments being used to test this character are dated relatively in the army,and their testing means,process and results no longer meet the needs.By using the technologies of embedded microprocessor,digital controlled linear regulator and the digital electronic measurement,a test device was demonstrated,designed and manufactured.The proposed system is different from the existing ones by featuring computer control,simpleness in use,high precision of parameters setting,automatic data processing,management and judgment.
