摘要
采用乳酸/四乙基氯化铵体系作为溶剂,通过改变乳酸和四乙基氯化铵的质量比、反应温度和液固比,研究乳酸/四乙基氯化铵体系中纤维素的溶解状况。结果表明,当乳酸与四乙基氯化铵的质量比为3∶1、反应温度为80℃、液固比为100∶1(V/m,mL∶g)时,木浆纤维素在乳酸/四乙基氯化铵体系中的溶解效果最佳,为木浆纤维素在乳酸体系中进一步均相酯化、醚化及进行其他改性以制备热塑性高分子材料提供依据。
Use lactic acid/TEAC system as the solvent,the dissolution state of wood pulp cellulose in the system was studied by changing the mass ratio of lactic acid and TEAC,temperature and liquid-solid ratio.The result showed that when the mass ratio of the lactic acid and TEAC was 3∶1,reaction temperature at 80 ℃ and the liquid-solid ratio was 100∶1(V/m,mL∶g),the wood pulp cellulose dissolved the best in lactic acid/TEAC system,which provide a basis for homogeneous esterification,etherification reaction and other modification of cellulose in the lactic acid system aiming at preparing of thermoplastic polymer materials.
