摘要
江西省安义县筲岭水库应用水平定向钻技术牵引PE管新建坝下涵管,运行几个月后出现破损、堵塞,无法使用。通过现场勘察、查阅资料和理论复核等手段分析认为:使用水平定向钻技术使PE管直接贯穿于坝体内承受土压力,但未考虑PE管本身抗外压强度不足以及施工时防渗措施不到位、管壁外周未完全灌浆等因素,致使管壁出现破损并渗漏;涵管前后闸阀的不规范调度操作,加速了PE管的破坏。目前,用于PE管特别是大口径管道施工的非开挖牵引技术还未完全成熟,建议慎重使用。详细总结了失败的经验教训,可为同类工程提供警示作用。
As the trans-dam culverts,PE pipes were towed and imbedded under the dam of Xiaoling Reservoir in Anyi County of Jiangxi Province by horizontal directional drilling.However,the culverts were damaged and blocked after a few months and unable to work normally.After investigation,theoretic analysis and documents browsing,it is found that the process of horizontal directional drilling makes the PE pipe penetrating into the dam body loaded by a soil compressive stress exceeding its own strength,together with other influential parameters such as insufficient anti-seepage measures,inadequate grouting for the pipe perimeter,resulting in pipe damage and seepage.Furthermore,the irregular operation of pipe valves accelerates the damage of PE pipes.It is suggested that the technology of traction without excavation is not mature for PE pipes,especially for the large diameter pipes.The experiences and lessons are summarized.
