摘要
目的通过实验研究专项练习对肌肉力量训练的作用,为运动训练中有针对性地、合理地选择专项力量练习动作,提高专项力量训练效果提供参考。方法运用摄像和肌电图同步测试手段,对我国现役3名高水平女子铁饼运动员4个专项力量练习,参与动作的8块主要肌肉的表面肌电(sEMG)进行测试和分析。结果 4个专项练习总体上是以发展下肢的股内侧肌和股二头肌力量为主,但侧重点不完全相同。15 kg挥片转体练习对竖脊肌的作用效果较明显,30 kg杠铃抡摆练习动作对发展腹外斜肌一次性用力力量最有效。结论 5 kg壶铃轮摆转体是对肌肉作用程度及强度最强的一种练习,也是发展股二头肌力量最有效的练习。原地挥片(1.5 kg)练习对肌肉的作用程度有限。
Three elite Chinese female discus throwers were tested in this research by the video and sEMG synchronization concerning their four specific strength exercises.Meanwhile,the EMG of participants in eight major muscles were tested and analyzed.The results showed all of four specific strength exercises place stress on developing strength of the vastus medialis and the biceps femoris,but each exercise manifests its own emphasis.There was an obvious effect action on the erector spinae gained by 15kg disc rolling exercise and 30kg barbell waving was the best efficient means to train disposable performance of the external oblique abdominis.Overall,5kg kettle bells waving and rolling was the strongest exercise to muscles action with regard to extent and intensity.Meanwhile,the best efficient exercise is to develop strength of the biceps femoris.There were limited effects on muscles activated by 1.5kg disc throwing exercise.
