摘要
为解决机械工程项目管理教学质量评价问题,在互动模式的机械工程项目管理教学基础上,建立科学的课堂教学质量评价模型。运用专家咨询与德菲尔法给出各级指标的权重,通过对来自问卷调查到的原始数据的统计分析、标准化处理,构建并量化评价模型。对模型进行信度检验,得出稳定可信的教学质量评分值。实际应用结果表明,该模型较好地解决教学评价与量化问题,客观地反映了教学质量的实际水平,提高了评价精度。
In order to solve the evaluation problem in the teaching quality of mechanical engineering project management,on the basis of the interactive mode teaching of mechanical engineering project management,the scientific classroom teaching quality evaluation model is presented and established.By using the expert consultation and Delphi technique,the weights of indexes in all the levels are given out by the statistic analysis and standardization treatment of the raw data that are obtained from the questionnaire survey.The evaluation model is built up and quantified.By the examining the reliability for the model,the rating values for the stable and reliable teaching quality is obtained.The result of actual application shows that this model solves the problem of both teaching evaluation and quantization,objectively reflecting the actual level of teaching quality and improving the evaluation accuracy.
