Investigation on Resource Status of AM Fungi in Urban Ecosystems

摘要 于2010年10月从北京、青岛、济南、南京、武汉及贵阳6个城市采集部分植被根区土样,分离鉴定丛枝菌根(AM)真菌。共发现AM真菌5属52种,包括球囊霉属(Glomus)34种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospra)14种,巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)1种,盾巨孢囊霉(Scutellospora)2种,内养囊霉属(Entrophospora)1种。其中球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属在6个城市都有发现,分布较为广泛。 In October 2010,root zone soil samples were collected from the part of vegetation in Beijing,Qingdao,Jinan,Nanjing,Wuhan and Guiyang,China to isolate and identify arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi.Total 52 species of AM fungi spores were isolated,including 34 species of Glomus,14 species of Acaulospra,1 species of Gigaspora,2 species of Scutellospora and 1 species of Entrophospora.Among these species,Glomus and Acaulospra were isolated from all the six cities.
