摘要
随着我国保险业的快速发展,与保险业务有关的欺诈现象也愈发突出。本文通过对广东省保险机构欺诈案例进行调查,对当前保险欺诈的主要表现形式、产生原因及当前保险公司防治保险欺诈的主要对策进行了分析,以期为进一步防范保险欺诈提供有益的参考和借鉴。
With the development of China's insurance industry,insurance fraud has become more serious nowadays.This article attempts to reveal the forms and the drive of insurance fraud.It also analyzes the major current strategies of controlling insurance fraud of the insurance companies by collecting and researching the typical cases of insurance fraud in Guangdong Province,through which it gives guidance on the next step of controlling insurance fraud.
