摘要
企业文化融入高职专业教学,对实现其人才培养目标、促进毕业生零距离就业具有极其重要的意义。对此,在对企业文化从概念、分类及功能等方面进行简要分析的基础上,探讨企业文化融入商务英语专业教学的可行性和必要性,基于丰富的实例,从课堂教学、校内实训、校外实践以及考核评价机制等四个方面详细论述企业文化融入高职商务英语教学的实践探索。
Corporate culture has an important significance in realizing the cultivating goal of qualified graduates and promoting their successful employment if it is blended in the major teaching of higher vocational education.This paper firstly has a brief analysis on corporate culture from perspectives of its definition,categories and function.Then it discusses the feasibility and necessity of integrating corporate culture into business English teaching.Finally,based on rich examples,it specifies the practical exploration on corporate culture in business English teaching from the aspects of classroom teaching,training inside college,practice outside college and the evaluation and assessment mechanism.
