摘要
近年来我国一直力导基础教育的公平和均衡发展,农村办学条件得到了很大的提升和改善,但教师问题却成为阻碍农村义务教育发展的一大难题。提升农村教师的人文素养不仅关系到学生的成长和学校的发展,更深刻地影响着教育的质量和目标实现。本文从农村中小学教师人文素养的现状出发,分析了其中原因,并结合实际提出了可资参考的建议和对策。
In recent years,our country has been conducting basic educational equity and balanced development,rural school running conditions has been greatly enhanced and improved,but the teacher question is a major problem that hinders the development of rural compulsory education.Improving rural teachers' humanistic quality is not only related to students' growth and the development of the school,but the quality of education and the realization of the education goal.This article,from the present situation of rural primary and middle school teachers' humanistic quality,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
