石杉碱甲中间体2-甲氧基-6-羟基-7,8-二氢-5-喹啉羧酸甲酯合成研究进展

摘要 石杉碱甲是第二代高效乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂,是治疗早老性痴呆症的有效药物,其独特的药理特征和低毒性引起了人们的广泛关注。2-甲氧基-6-羟基-7,8-二氢-5-喹啉羧酸甲酯是合成石杉碱甲的关键中间体,笔者从不同的起始原料、构建方法,综述了该中间体的合成方法研究进展。 Huperzine A has been shown to be a second-generation of powerful selective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase,which is a privileged drug to treat Alzheimer's disease.Because of its unique pharmacological profile and low toxicity,huperzine A has been attracted widespread attention.Synthesis of methyl 6-hydroxy-2-methoxy-7,8-dihydroquinoline-5-carboxylate as a key intermediate for the synthesis of huperzine A was reviewed based on different starting materials and synthetic methods.
