洗水废水处理工艺改造

摘要 某洗水厂采用混凝沉淀+厌氧+二级接触氧化+沉淀+过滤工艺处理洗水废水,但未能稳定达标排放,根据运行中存在的问题,对格栅井、生物接触氧化池、沉淀池等各单元进行了改造。运行结果表明:当进水COD、BOD5、SS的浓度分别为546 mg/L、129 mg/L、29 mg/L,色度为160倍时,出水COD、BOD5、SS的浓度分别为24 mg/L、7 mg/L、<4 mg/L,色度为2倍。改造后可实现洗水废水长期稳定达标排放。 The treatment process of coagulation precipitation/anaerobic/secondary contact oxidation/sedimentation/filtration was employed to treat the washing wastewater in a washing water plant,but the effluence was below the standard.According to the problems,we transformed the grille well,biological contact oxidation tank,settling tank.The result after running a long-term showed that,the concentrations of chemical oxygen demand(COD),biological oxygen demand(BOD5) and suspended solid(SS) of the effluent were 24 mg/L,7 mg/L,and less-than 4 mg/L,and chromaticity color caught up to 2 times,when the concentrations of COD,BOD5 and SS of influent were 546 mg/L,129 mg/L,and 29 mg/L,and it's chromaticity color caught up to 160 times.After we transformed the tanks,the effluence was up to standard and could be discharged stably for long-term.
