摘要
现代农业产业园区是近几年来在调整农业产业结构,转变农业发展方式,加快农业现代化发展过程中出现的一种新的组织形式。通过对肇州县产业园区发展情况进行实地调研和系统分析,反映该县在现代农业背景下农业产业化的发展进程。针对肇州县现代农业产业园区发展存在的问题,提出了应合理经营产业项目,集约利用土地资源;发挥园区集聚效应,打造循环经济体系;加强自主创新能力,建立技术支撑体系;考虑环境成本,促进农业产业化可持续发展的建议。
In recent years, the modern agricultural industrial park has emerged as a new organization, in the process of agricultural industry structure adjustment, the transformation of agricultural development mode, and accelerating the agricultural modernization. It is the beneficial measure to accelerate agricultural development with the concept of industrial development. Through the investigation and systemic analysis of Zhaozhou County industrial park, we could find the actual conditions of the development process of agricultural industrialization under the background of modern agriculture. According to the problems during the development, we put forward some suggestions, such as reasonable operations of industrial projects, and intensive using of land resources; playing park agglomeration effect, and building circular economic system; strengthening the capacity of independent innovation, and establishing technical support system; considering the environmental cost, and promoting agriculture industrialization sustainable development.
