摘要
离心泵在废油再生系统中具有重要作用,其输出废油流量的稳定性和准确性直接影响最后基础油的生成质量和产率。从机理分析可知,相似理论在离心泵的实际工作过程中有一定的局限性,在此采用最小二乘辨识方法获得了较准确的离心泵模型参数,并使用S7-300PLC和MM440变频器实现了离心泵的总线闭环控制。
Centrifugal pump plays an important role in waste oil regeneration system,and its flow stability and accuracy directly can influence the quality and production rate of the last generation base oil;and the mechanism analysis shows that the similarity theory has certain limitation in actual work process.Making use of the least square method,the accurate model parameters of centrifugal pump were attained,and both S7-300 PLC and MM440 inverter were employed to realize the bus closed-loop control on centrifugal pump.
