摘要
师德作为我国师资队伍建设的核心,一直受到政府及社会的高度重视。高校教师个人权威思想以及职业道德意识的缺失是师德问题的突出症结。解析师德内涵,揭示师德问题,进行职业培训,增强服务意识,推动教师专业化建设和重视教师研究能力提升,作为强化高校师德建设的有效途径,应有助于提升教师的职业品质。
Teachers’ professional ethics as the core in the course of constructing the national teaching team has been highly recognized by our state and government. In the colleges and universities, the thought of teachers’ personal authority and the unconsciousness of professional ethics are the crux of the problems related to teachers’ professional ethics. This study based on the analyses of the connotation of teachers’ professional ethics and the disclosure of problems, suggests training teachers’ professional ethics and enhancing teachers’ sense of service in order to promote the construction of teachers’ professionalization with the stress on their ability of scientific research, which can be considered as an effective way and will be helpful for the improvement of teachers’ professional quality.
