摘要
现代盐业是古、近代盐业的延续和发展。文章从我国现代盐业的构成与分布、产业与生产、产品与市场和体制与管理方面分析了盐业的现代形态,并探讨了现代盐业的发展变革、规律和路径,形成了对我国现代盐业较为系统、全面的理论认识。这对促进我国现代盐业的深入发展具有较为重要的现实意义。
Modern salt industry is a kind of continuation and development of the ancient and latter-day salt industry.This paper analyzes the conformation of modern salt industry from the aspects of configuration and distribution,industry and produce,products and market,system and management.And we also research transformation,regulation and paths on which that took.These make us know it systematically and overall.It is very important for us to improve modern salt industry of our country.
