摘要
人的发展经济学业已成为学界热议的一个视角,社会经济的发展必须考虑到人的生存与发展,而且是为保障人的生存与发展而发展的。公共服务均等化有利于实现人平等享受生存权和发展权,因此说公共服务均等化促进人的生存和发展。文章从公共服务均等化的角度出发,分析经济发展与公共服务的关系、经济发展与人的发展的内在联系,在此基础上论述公共服务均等化与人的全面发展的关系,以求论证公共服务的均等化与人的生存和发展有着密切的相关性。
The human's development economic industry has become a hot debated in educational circles.The development of social economic should consider people's live and improvement,and guarantee people's life and development.Equal public services are helpful to realize people's equal rights of subsistence and development.Therefore equal public services promote people's survival and development.This article from the perspective of equal access to public service,analyzes the relationship of economic development and public service,and the inner link of economic development and people's development,and based on this,discusses the public service equalization and the all-round development of human relations,to argument public service equal and people's survival and development has a close correlation
