免疫吸附治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并弥漫性出血性肺泡炎二例的疗效分析及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨免疫吸附(IA)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并弥漫性出血性肺泡炎(DAH)中的治疗疗效。方法对2例经支气管镜肺泡灌洗诊断的SLE合并DAH患者的临床表现、影像学、肺功能、免疫指标、血常规及预后进行回顾分析,并复习相关文献。结果 2例患者均经IA联合激素免疫抑制剂治疗后得到临床缓解,随访3个月,均未复发。结论 IA是SLE合并DAH时有效安全的治疗方法。
