右美托咪定在临床麻醉中应用的研究现状 被引量:24

摘要 右美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine,Dex)是一种有效的、高选择性的α2肾上腺素受体(α2AR)兴奋剂,它同时具有镇静和镇痛效应.自19世纪70年代,α2AR激动剂——可乐定已成功应用于临床治疗高血压[1].如今,这一类药物(α2AR激动剂)治疗用途的研究已经转向其他的各种临床用途,包括:焦虑症、镇痛、镇静以及麻醉辅助用药等方面.在美国,Dex于1999年经批准用于重症监护病房(ICU)的镇静与镇痛.与可乐定比较,Dex对α2AR的结合力是前者的8倍,与α2、α1结合比例为1600∶1.Dex的这些特性能够使其成为完全的α2AR激动剂而发挥镇静和抗焦虑作用.现结合相关文献,对右美托咪定在临床麻醉中的应用现状进行综述.
