芬太尼混合布比卡因用于剖宫产患者腰麻的ED50与ED95分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察腰麻剖宫产术中布比卡因混合小剂量的芬太尼的麻醉效果,以探讨在腰麻剖宫产术中布比卡因混合芬太尼的ED50与ED95。方法选择120例单胎、足月产妇,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为四组:0.5%布比卡因6mg(A组)、0.5%布比卡因6mg+芬太尼5μg(B组)、0.5%布比卡因6mg+芬太尼10μg(C组)、0.5%布比卡因6mg+芬太尼15μg(D组)。结果腰麻剖宫产术中布比卡因混合芬太尼的ED50与ED95分别为6.14μg(95%可信区间为5.912～6.709μg)和12.05μg(95%可信区间为11.777～12.624μg)。结论在腰麻剖宫产术中混合10μg芬太尼可显著增强局麻药的效果。
