乳腺癌患者腋部放射性损伤的外科治疗 被引量：1

摘要 放疗是乳腺癌术后防止其复发的有效治疗方法,但由于放疗本身所固有的副作用或应用不当,临床上乳腺癌放疗后出现腋部放射性损伤的并发症较为常见.腋部放射性溃疡位置隐蔽,由于腋窝放疗可引起腋静脉狭窄、栓塞,故常伴发同侧上肢淋巴肿,从而导致同侧上肢上抬困难,这给患者带来了极大的痛苦.自2010年来,我们治疗了腋部放射性损伤6例,取得了良好的效果,现报道如下.
