摘要
目的通过血管回声跟踪(ET)技术,无创检测模拟失重状态女性颈总动脉血管弹性参数,评价模拟失重状态对女性颈总动脉血管弹性的影响。方法选拔22名健康女性志愿者,年龄19~23岁,平均21岁。通过-6°头低位持续卧床限动模拟失重状态,持续21d。应用ET技术检测双侧颈总动脉血管弹性参数,检测时间点为模拟失重开始前3d、模拟失重第1天、第3天、第7天、第15天及模拟失重结束后第3天。测量参数为双侧颈总动脉弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及膨大指数(AI),比较模拟失重前、中、后各指标的变化情况。结果 22名女性志愿者均完成了模拟失重试验任务,因4名志愿者部分数据缺失,实际获得18名志愿者ET检测的双侧颈总动脉弹性参数完整数据。统计分析表明,模拟失重过程中及模拟失重后,右侧颈总动脉Ep、β、PWV及AC与模拟失重前相比,均无显著差别,模拟失重过程中AI与模拟失重前比较,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05);左侧颈总动脉Ep、β、PWV及AC与模拟失重前相比,均无显著差别,模拟失重第1、3天,左侧颈总动脉AI与模拟失重前比较,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论短期模拟失重对女性颈总动脉血管弹性参数无明显影响,提示模拟失重下,人体可通过自身调节,维持颈总动脉血管弹性的相对稳态。
Objective The elasticity of women's bilateral common carotid artery was detected no invasively by E-tracking technology under the condition of simulated weightlessness,and aimed to elucidate the effect of simulated weightlessness on the elasticity of women's bilateral common carotid artery.Methods Twenty-two healthy female volunteers,aged of 19 to 23 years old,with average age of twenty-one years old,were exposed to-6°head down tilt(HDT)bed rest for 21 days.The elasticity of women's bilateral common carotid artery was detected no invasively by E-tracking technology at the third day before HDT,the 1st day,the 3rd day,the 7th day,the 15th day during HDT,and the 3rd day after HDT.The elasticity parameters of common carotid artery including pressure-strain elasticity modulus(Ep),stiffness parameter(β),arterial compliance(AC),pulse wave velocity(PWV)and augmentation index(AI).The data were analyzed by paired t test with SPSS 17.0,and P<0.05 was significant point.Results All these twenty-two female volunteers completed this experimental task,four of them had no integral data,and the integral data of eighteen female volunteers were gotten for analysis.Compared with the data before simulated weightlessness,Ep,β,PWV and AC had no significant difference on right carotid artery,but AI had significant difference on right carotid artery(P<0.05);Ep,β,PWV and AC had no significant difference on left carotid artery,but AI had significant difference at the third day before HDT,the 1st and the 3rd during HDT on left carotid artery(P<0.05).Conclusions The research indicate that short-term simulated weightlessness have no significant effects on the common carotid artery elasticity of healthy women volunteers.These phenomena show that the human beings could keep the steady state of the elasticity of common carotid arterial under the condition of simulated weightlessness through autoregulation.
