摘要
通过对义务教育教师流动动机的调查,我们发现农村义务教育教师向发达地区以及城市流动的动机比较强烈,物质待遇和学校管理水平等原因是诱发教师流动的主要动机。因此,必须建立激励义务教育教师合理流动模型、制定完善的制度、提高教师待遇和学校管理水平,引导义务教育教师合理流动。
According to the survey of the motivation of compulsory education teacher' flow,we found that the motivation of compulsory education teachers in rural area is more intense than the teachers' in city.The main motivations are material treatment,level of school management,and etc.so,in order to guide the compulsory education teachers' rational flow,we must create model which used for stimulate the compulsory education teachers' rational flow,and set perfect regulations,raise the teachers' pay,and the school management level,and so on.
