摘要
设计并合成了8个未见报道的含1,3,4-噻二唑的噻吩类化合物6a^6h,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、MS、IR分析确证。初步生物测试结果表明:目标化合物对黄瓜灰霉病、水稻纹枯病、马铃薯晚疫有一定的抑制作用。
We have designed and synthesized eight novel thiophene derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazol,and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,IR.Preliminary biological activity test indicated that some of them showed good inhibitory activity on Borrytis cinerea,Rhizoctonia solani and Phytophthora infestans.
